Made-to-order bows require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be listed on the product page.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times depend on Australia Post and your location.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped (if tracking has been selected).

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
